This great wine is a gift from the family who produced it. It’s from Provence. The mix of 50% Grenache, %25 Syrah, 25% Mourvedre is completely well balanced with great acidity. Red fruits flavor and dark color amazingly matched with my plate. The producer family makes wine since three generations. Their Rose wine TAVEL Château d’Aquéria was awarded as the best rose wine in France few years ago.
